There's no way to contact EA now so have no idea what to do(Solved)

Hello I'm so sorry to ask this here but EA mixed up my account and has no way to ask for live chat or E mail.
About 1 hour earlier, I had a live chat with EA helper, and he changed from my old email address to the new one.
And also he said my password would be reset together and I got all 3 emails and verified everything.

Live chat has finished after I made sure it worked. And one hour later, I opened the sims3 page and found I was in the guest status. So I logged in with new address and new password I had verified but it says ' Authentication failed?" and stops me to log in. I emailed this issue to EA support and got only auto reply that please contact here but I HAVE TO LOG IN FIRST TO CONTACT EA, otherwise, I'm not allowed even to write this issue in the forum there. Very annoying.

Is there any idea to contact EA as a guest account? Thanks a lot for reading.=)

Right now it says the site is sown for maintenance. At least that is what it says on my side. I can't even log into my origin account to access the Origin Chat.
