"Extra"? copies in downloads

Was going through my downloads in the launcher and noticed several of them seem to be repeated, sometimes more than twice.  Are these actually just second or third copies of the same file or are they different versions of the file, for instance, one is for YA and one is for Adults and one for Elders?  If they are just copies, (from possibly having clicked download more than once), then I can delete them, right?

You can clear the downloads folder completely once the content is installed in the game and it will stay in game. Only thing is if you want to reinstall a piece of Store content you will have to re-download.
