Supernatural Safe?

Hey!

So I'm thinking of getting Supernatural, but I had a few questions to ask and thought this would be the best place to ask! My main concern is that I have a Mac and that the way I getting it (Amazon) only has a Mac download, no Mac disc. I know downloads can be a real hit or miss, so does anyone know if it's a safe bet to download it?
