Dividing Technical Help into 2 sections (Forum suggestion)

I think it would be cool to split Technical Help into 2 sections, one for fixes, and the other for people who post their problems and seek help. We would move the sticky threads to the fix section. And if someone found a fix, they could post it to the fix section instead of just posting it in Technical help waiting for a mod to sticky it.

So what do you think? Would it be good? Thank you.
