Repairman Bonus - (Almost) Free Replacements!

Um, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I figured it is general. That, and I haven't found this anywhere else, so I thought it would be a nice tip.

Ahem: if you've ever had a fire then you know it's a pain to replace those burnt and torched objects, well, something I noticed is that, like the salvagable items, when you call the repairman, after he leaves, the burnt objects are fixed as well! I thought this was a neat, and cheaper way, to replace the objects!
