What a great list Eldridge!

I'm proper gutted, my sim went to university and met a great guy, then my game crashed before I saved it. Now I can't find him anywhere!

I'm pretty sure his name was Gareth, was wearing a purple t-shirt and had all good traits. Tried hanging around all the haunts but can't find him again. Any ideas?

Oh Niana, wish I'd seen your post before I shut my computer down (got to be up for stupid o'clock for work -boo!)

I'm pretty sure it's not Garry Cinder but saying that the traits set seems familiar, so can't be 100% sure.

Niana, still not sure. I tried sim app about 5 times and gave up. Eventually cheated and used 'make me know everyone'. Invited Garry round. I thought he was cuter than that - don't get me wrong, he is cute but thought he had nicer green open eyes. Plus he's wearing orange clothes.... Don't sims tend to keep the same clothes?

Yup, pre-mades usually look exactly the same in every game... I guess he was either a pre-made or an NPC who hasn't been documented by the wiki either Anyways, at least your Sim is happy and settled, though! And just watch, you'll find Garrett on a trip to Uni when you least expect it! If you do, I expect pictures/an upload

Ha ha definitely. FYI invented a new sim to try find Gareth anyway, so she's young, free and single. However, this time she rented a house and requested a male housemate. Enter Bernie Butler - what a sim! Again, all good traits and very good looking. She was attracted to him anyway but after he saved them from being burgled - she decided he was the one for her, he he.

Once she heads back home and marries him, gonna rough him up a little - bit of stubble and a better haircut, he'll be perfect.

Going back to Gareth, my sim who found him was the 2nd generation - maybe that had something to do with it? I.e. other sims had graduated and made room for more sims?

Oh, that makes so much more sense! If she was gen. 2, then most likely it was a game generated sim (well, provided it wasn't your first time into Uni - cause I think things are frozen till you start them going).

There goes that theory! Think she met him towards the end of their second term if that makes any difference?
