I keep trying to call customer service, but can't get through. Anyone find anything on this?

I think I finally found a solution for this problem. All graphics have to be put on low, clear the cache, and then try the game again. It worked for me!

Hi NettyBee and Kateshellybo19,

This might seem a weird question, but have you updated your graphics card drivers? I read through what you had written and didn't see it mentions. So I thought I'd ask.

I've recently had graphic glitches and found it help to update my grahics card drivers.

If updating your graphics drivers doesn't work, I would strongly suggest a reinstallation. The deltabuild packages are used to contain object coding, which isn't good for your game if corrupt.

I have updated my graphics card drive's and I even did a roll back to see if the update cause the issue.  I have reinstalled a couple of times no without trying to save my old games or anything.  It is honestly more of an annoyance than anything.  It doesn't make my game unplayable it just mean I can't look at my inventory and know what is in it, I have to scroll over each item and wait for the description to pop up, little things like that.

Have you tried Ctrl Clicking on the thumbnail while in-game? That's supposed to regenerate it.

Sio I had somehow missed what Nettybee said on the 13th and I turned down all the graphics and that did indeed fix the problem.  I wanted to aske though Netty have you experimented with turning the graphics back up or is this just a permanent keep graphics on low solution?

As a side note I did try control click and it din't fix it.

What would cause a computer that is on the high end of capability of play to no be able to run anyhting but the lowest graphics settings?

@SigBab, Seabody, and MrsFlynn: I updated my graphics, rolled them back, etc. Nothing fixed the problem. I also reinstalled the game numerous times and that didn't fix it either. I haven't tried the ctrl click, but going by what Kate said, it doesn't seem to have helped.

@Kate: I tried turning my graphics up slowly, low, med, high, etc. Low and medium worked fine, but high wouldn't work at all.

Sadly though, after playing for a day or two, the problem popped back up again even on low. So, I'm getting ready to take my computer back to vista and see if the problem persists.

I did get a hold of customer service and the guy didn't know what was happening.

I have the same question, Kate. It's really frustrating. Blah.

I've played for a few hours since restoring my computer. I haven't had that issue since I went to Vista.
