Can't install more than one expansion pack

So I bought the sims 3, pets, and ambitions. I installed the sims 3 and ambitions but when i went to install the pets, everything in the instillation was fine but when i tried to play the game it wouldnt work! it said something like no disc found for the sims ambitions? even though i already installed that! someone please help me

just put in the ambitions disc. As long as the pets has an Icon on your computer its installed.  It will work I promise. This has happened to me. Just put in the ambitions disc and double click any sims 3 icon hit play. It will work. All expansions will be working.
