Enrolling different sims at once?

This has probably already been cleared up somewhere, but I really can't find it. I have a simple problem. When I try to enroll 3 of my sims to university at once (one would study Science, one Fine Arts and one Sports), the game only gives me an option to select 1 major? How can I get all three sims in there at once?

In the window when you send sims to university you have to select each sim individually and give them the major you want.
