hello, i was reading a lot about how many people playing the sims on the console aren't really enjoying it as much as the pc.
yeah i myself and trying to convert to pc just to try and see what it's all about. i've been playing sims 3 on the ps3 for about 2 in a half years and i love it. i'm so addicted to it. yeah it sucks that we can't keep our family plots when they pass on and yes it sucks that our sims only mourn them for 2 days and it seems like they were never there. Also sucks that we can only control one house hold. But that doesn't stop me from making my own little story. like now i'm playing a story and i'm down to my 3rd Generation. it's a mixed race family. The Father is my TH (Torch Holder) and he lost his last remaining family about two years ago. (he is the youngest out of four kids. his older brother Jose lived his life as a Rock Star, his older sister Rosa was a celebrated five star chef and owned the bakery in town and his other sister Karmen became an Master artistic and her painting are all over Carlos's (TH) house. and each of his siblings owns a business in town with their names on the builidings which i think is cool to have his siblings die of old age and i still see their names aren't gone from the building's they own. any whoozles Carlos is now a father to four yes four daughters Alejandra (teen) and four triplets, Gabriela..Isabella...and Prez (toddlers) Carlos is Latino and he married Randy and Maria Idaho's eldest daughter Jeannine making her Jeannine Manriquez...i just think that my family is so awesome and different because my daughters are all different colours but they all have the same mom and dad unlike Carlos and his siblings. my toddlers take after their mom while his eldest daughter takes after him. I love it. we may not get to keep the plots and we may not be able to keep our children but to be completely honest when we grow up and move out of our parents homes the most we do is call our parents to see if they are alright and to let them know we are thinking of them. Carlos had a newphew who i decided to move out and my story behind him leaving is once he graduated from high school and after the death of his father he wanted to moved from MoonLight Bay and go to the city and try and make something of himself so he moved to Bridge Port (BridgePort?, not sure) and again i was left with Carlos and his family, so now i'm starting with his family and now that Alejandra is a teen she is now my torch holder and i don't control Carlos anymore.

. i just wanted to post this to get the console players thinking yes EA was a tad bit stingy but at the same time the console is way smaller than the PC but also to give your mind a little more room to create something. like i said i started my game with my founder sim, his name was Ignacio Manriquez...he was married they had two beautiful twins Jose Manriquez and Rosa Manriquez...later on their marriage was rocky after his wife found out she was pregnant with thier third child Karmen Manriquez they got a divorce and Ignacio moved from SunLit Tides to MoonLight Bay...was a bachlour for a while, until social service knocked on his door standing there with eight year olds Jose and Rosa and a 1 year old Karmen. He later found out that his wife had passed on and left his kids with him. he did good raising them...thought karmen to walk and talk and even potty trained her. he made sure that the twins grew well into their teens...then he deciced he wanted another child and also that his children needed a mother so he remarried Karrissa can't remember her last name and had his fourth child Carlos Manriquez. Karrissa also had two daughters previous to their marriage so Ignacio adopted them as his daughters. so yeah...*note when i did move the girls into the house hold it was a bit tight and i only did play one sim...but like i said, ignacio was my TH so it didn't matter to me, i just loved having all my kids in one house hold it was magical) and when ignacio died from old age his wife karrissa joined after him a "few years later" and then Jose became my torch holder. he adopted one kid his name was AiLoni Manriquez...who then later moved to BridgePort when Jose died, when Jose and Rosa died then Karmen became my TH and now that she have passed Carlos is my TH and when he and his wife passes Alejandra will be my TH and when AleJandra passes then the oldest of the triplets(Isabella) will be my TH and so on and so on.
so, in lue of me keeping up with my topic...I would love to hear some of your sim family stories i bet they are as funny and some times sad like is.
