Error code 12 - Solved!!

After a long finally I've found the way to stop or at least reduce 99% the unfortunate error code 12.
Just keep your family inventory empty, or if needed with a minimal objects (never bookcases).

Hey, thanks! I'll try that! Right now I must mourn the loss of an hour and a half of progress, though. My Sim was just about to give birth. *cries*
