bubbles requested an asian style house for a growing family, and specifically wanted a traditional style with red and black accents. This is my take on that request (I know it may not look like a lot of red and black from the pictures, but there is a lot! honest!). Unfortunately, I didn't notice the budget requirement until I was done... so bubbles, if you want, I can try to hack 40,000 simoleons off of this.
Basically it would require taking out the bar and all of the pools, plus making the top floor (master bed and bath) completely empty, and also probably downgrading some of the furniture. I figured I would let you see it as-is first, though, to see if you like it enough to not worry about the budget or if you want to download it as it is, and edit it yourself for budget purposes.
The ground floor includes a large kitchen and breakfast nook, a living/dining area with TV, video games and chess board. a study, a full bath, and a cat bowl and toys. The landscaping in the front has a space to put a car park if you want one. Deep pools (all swimmable) surround the house, and the back patio has a built-in bar for entertaining. There is space for a large garden, and a bench to contemplate the dragon fountain nestled in the greenery.
The next floor up has got a long hallway stocked with toys for kids and cats, a homework desk, pet beds and a cat tower. There is a two room nursery with a library nook and room to play, plus a panda-themed kid's room and a more elegant guest room. A full bath is conveniently located for all of the bedrooms.
On the top floor, a spacious master bedroom with TV adjoins a third full bathroom. There is room beside the stairs for an easel, desk or other object.
