New store content patch available

A message has just popped up
'There is a new patch for your sims 3 store content. Would you like to download the latest patch?'

Does anyone know what this means & do I want to say 'yes' 'no' or 'later'

I generally say yes, if you have store content installed it does sometimes need bug fixing, for example, Monte Vista had a problem with the wedding cake, then the main game patch stopped the new hairs from Monte Vista showing up in CAS, a store content patch recently fixed those issues.

So basically it's like the game patches but for store content.
