Store content not showing up in game, tried installing it several times. Help?!

I recently bought like six things from the sims 3 store, and I installed them and went to try them one but they weren't there! I also tried installing them through the 'download dashboard' thing in the game but that won't even work! Did I just waste credits or is there an easy way to fix this? I'm not real good at going into files and doing all that confusing stuff so the simplest solution would be great!

I'm not sure if this is the simplest way to get the store content to install and stayed installed, but it may be worth a look.

Hi Ally,

Here's something that might be a simpler solution. I saw a post where someone else was having the same problem = store content not installing. Ricalynn gave a suggestion of - Try making a factory reset folder and install some/all store content there to see if the items get installed and stay installed.
