Okay, I hope this works.
It is a 30 x 40 size garden. Has all of the plants you can find in the base game, WA and SN. The plants are all at perfect, except the money trees. For some reason I couldn't get them all to go past normal. Some are at normal, some very nice or great. The bathrooms have showers and I can't remember if it is this one or the Midsummer's Night Dream Park that I made everything unbreakable. Forgot to add, there are spawners for alchemy gems and insects and for regular insects and butterflies for looks. The pond has most of the fish needed for alchemy.
The photos are on the showboat thread, page 125 in case I get this wrong and you want to know where the photos are at and my link doesn't work. Naturally, changes can be made by anyone who wants to and you can share it with anyone you want to, as long as it doesn't break any rules here.
