Can't interact

Hello,

I recently ecountered a problem with my game...I have sims 3 university life and I don't know how it happend but i have a female sim and a male sim and somehow something happend and the female sim cant interact with the male sim....when i tell her to she just comes in front of him and then the action in the queue just disappears like nothing, while he can interact with her...
I know this game is known for its bugs and especially these kinds of bugs but is there a way to fix this?
