This home contains one bedroom , living room with fireplace , kitchen with eating area and island and a 4pc bathroom . Outside it has a heart shaped swimming pool , sitting area and a patio with grill .

ohhh, nice

I wonder if it would be okay to take that and add some stairs on the outside and put a second floor on half of it for a couple extra bedrooms.  The other half could be a patio area; a person could sit out when the sun is going down and enjoy a nice breeze with a glass of wine.  Defintely would not want to mess with the inside, too nice to do that.  I can see that being in MV as a nice home.   On a 30 x 40 lot, a plum, cherry and lime tree with decorative fencing around them and some veggies around the trunk of the trees. 

I don't have Pets or Generations, so I am making a guess that the items from those towns will just be removed and those spots left empty.

@ Janna - Feel free to make the changes you need . Most of the furniture , windows , door and curtains is from Pets but they will be replace with something you do have . I really can't remember what item from Generations was used . I could go into my file and check it out for you if you want . It must be just a small item though . Enjoy !

You don't have to check, a small item I doubt very much it could have enough of an effect to hinder playing.  With WA and the base game I have a nice selection.  I had considered reinstalling pets to get back some of the items, clothes, furniture and such that I like but the aggrivation from most of the critters wouldn't be worth it for me.

It is a lovely home, and I am just setting up my sims in MV, looking for a house that I like.  This will fit in perfect for what I want.
