Builder Notes
This house was built for my project Blanco Random Town Jump (link in my signature). In game I've progressed to their second town, Bridgeport. No house could support three generations, so I tore down the original and built on top of it. This house is best used for three generations worth of sims. The gallery was a thing I added on the fly, as when my boyfriend was looking over it, suggested that I created a way to actually look inside like a gallery.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this house! It fits perfectly in the allotted placement.

Screenshots/Tour

>> Coming through the gates and past the small "courtyard" and into the house! This is the entrance and welcome you will get into this modern home. (This view is facing the entrance.) On your right (left in this picture) you will see an aquarium, one of many as beyond that wall lies the gallery. To your left (right in this picture) is some nice plants and a statue as decor.

>> Walk forwards (or in this case, walking backwards for me) will result you looking at this lovely area, the living space... Here you can see an elderly Juanita enjoying a program. Outside you can see a snippet of the playpen-like area for your kids.

>>Here's a view from the TV. You can see the reading corner off to the left and the kitchen/dining area to the right.

>> The dining area and kitchen beyond it up close...

>> And a view from the piano. You can also see the reading nook from this view.

>> This is the spacious garage, accessible from the sliver of the door in the piano screenshot. You can clearly see the door in this picture. Just behind this is a car already parked. There's one parked outside as well. The space you see here, along with one more outside, are empty, however.

>> First Floor Landing. There's a stereo here, along with a shuffleboard and an easel. From the view point of this screenshot, there's a small desk/study like area.

>> A view of the study area that was mentioned.

>> And here's a view of the rest of the doors/what's to come in the rest of this floor. The door to the most right is the spare room (literally what it sounds like), the door in the left is the bathroom. The door two screenshots above leads to the third room, the kids room.

>> The pool. Notice how you can see the fish/aquarium while swimming. There are also awesome bubble poles around the pool, adding colour and fun.

Screenshots Contd.

>> Kids shared Room

>> Spare room. Funky colours because why not.

>> Here's the main deck. The doors on the left lead to the shuffle board. What you don't see in this screenshot is that the deck wraps around the second floor, leaving ample room for exercise equipment, a foosball table, dominoes, and a telescope.

>> third floor landing. Really not much here, just access to the two master bedrooms (is that even a possible term?) with a small seating area for the elders who may not want to go all the way downstairs. To the left is the main master (I guess) for the couple with young children. Access to outside deck leads to the other master, separated from the other rooms for privacy.

>> Master Bedroom, elevated via platform with a fireplace and crib, along with access to the Master Bathroom.

>> Master Bathroom.

"Private" bedroom. Comes with entertainment (TV), a walk in closet, and its own ensuite. You can see how it connects outside to the third floor landing.
