Are there new collectables?

Hi,

Unfortunatley I'm a Brit so have to wait until Friday for my copy (it's just too far away!) and I was wondering if there are any new collectables besides the herbs and coffee beans?

I'm a big fan of gems and insects, so wondered if new ones have been added. Also any new fish?

As far as I can tell the only other thing beyond plants is a plasma bug which you can only get through the science skill last I heard.  I got one last night that way.

The plasma bug isn't in the game unless you have University Life installed.  Are you sure it was the plasma bug?  If so.  Do you remember what color and how much it was worth or the quality of it?

The plasma bug shows in the collection journal as belonging to University Life. I just got one from a radiation experiment on a ladybug. It is worth $3,400.

I just had my cat hunt up a Plasma Bug but I can't put it in its little terrarium.  I've transferred it from the cat's inventory to my Sim's inventory via the butterfly/bug cupboard but it still doesn't show up in a terrarium.  Any ideas?

You should be able to drag insects to the floor or to a table and the terrarium automatically appears.

Thanks Pam but I tried that.  I also got two more Plasma bugs from the science research thingy from University Life, but those bugs won't go into their terrarium like they should.
