Disappearing Genie happiness moodlet

Hey guys, I moved my sim from Sunset Valley to Sunlit Tides and noticed their "Happy" moodlet from the Genie's wish has gone. Not only that but I got a new lamp and the genie won't let me wish for it again because "You are happy!" :( Anyone know how to force the moodlet back? :) Cheers

Unfortunately this is a known bug.   You can also lose the moodlet by using SimPort and by traveling.   The moodlet can even pass down to children from the parents without them ever receiving it from a genie.   As far as I can tell there may not be a way to get the Genie moodlet back.
