Gifting Pets on Xbox 360

Hey this is my first time posting on this site, so I guess the only way to earn the pet gifting achievement is to gift your pet to another player online?? I don't really know how it works but I was wondering would mind becoming my friend so I can earn that achievement by gifting my pet to them please?  :)

Are you talking about the Petology challenge?   

My understanding is that when EA shut down online services for Sims 3 Pets that this challenge was no longer able to be done.
