All of My Store Content is Missing!

So I was in build mode and there was a free item so bought it. Then outside of my game it asked if I wanted to get the store content up to date or something like that. After it said it was done I went back to my game and all of my store content is gone. I checked in buy mode and CAS even the hair my sim had is now gone. It there any way to fix this without buying everything again?

If you go to your Store Account, everything you've purchased should be in the Purchase History.  You can re-download everything.  It's a nuisance, but it won't cost you anything.

Have you tried closing the game and then going back in? That worked for me.

Odd, I started doing this (3 items) and checked to see if everything was working. When I checked, all my items where back!

Glad to hear it!  As judewright said, it's amazing the number of problems that can be solved by simply closing the game and restarting it.

I have a similar problem after converting my game from Steam to Origin. I uninstalled the Steam version, then installed from Origin. From within the game I noticed that my store items were missing, so I came out and even though they were still downloaded it wouldn't let me reinstall. So I deleted all store content from the startup game panel, re-downloaded them from sims3.com, and reinstalled them.

However when I go into my game the items are still missing. They are not even in the buy menu so I can't even just buy them back for simoleans. And they do not even appear as unbought store items, so I have no idea what to do next...
