The Sunset Valley mayor is encouraging every sim to be more energy efficient and Eco friendly . Simon hired the best architect and contractor in the city to build him such a home . The contractor built a lovely modern house with the most energy efficient windows and doors . The home has a lot of windows to let in all the natural light. One of the most important things that Simon wanted was a turbine and four solar panels to be more efficient and self contained . The home also has all the recycle bins plus a garbage compactor . Planting a garden was all part of it as well .
