Building Contest 2012 : 23 - Falling Leaves Cottage

This is both my first contest entry and my first ever attempt to share a lot.  Please bear with me as I learn.  If I have made any mistakes please let me know. I am absolutely terrified I've left in paid store content, although I've checked about eleventy million times. I'm not sure how to make the smaller images like other people have done.  Thanks for the support and help!

Falling Leaves Cottage: a small home for the young family.  Featuring warm autumn colours, the cottage is comprised of a large and homey eat-in kitchen, a lounge with cheering fireplace, a dining room for the whole family, two cozy double beds and two full family baths.  A formal front garden welcomes the visitor and warm fall trees enhance the lawn.  There is ample room for expansion upstairs.

This is so beautiful.  My biggest challenges when I build are A.) what to put in front of the front door and B.) how far back to place the house to allow a proportionate amount of room for landscaping.  You know ... feel free to PM me all your secrets ;)
