Script Error XML Docs- Okay to delete?

Is it okay to delete these files? If not, is it okay to move them elsewhere? Mine are beginning to clog up my Sims 3 folder!

They are perfectly OK to delete. I took a quick peek in one of them on my PC, mine refer to Vector, twallan's mod, so you may want to keep them to send to twallan for debugging. :) You can also open them in Notepad to see the contents, if you're so inclined.
