When Paddy came home from the sea to Sunset Valley, it was such a warm and peaceful place that he vowed he would never sail again. He hoisted anchor, planted it on a plot of land, and built Paddy's Anchor, a little pub to call his own as close to the sea as he could so he could hear the waves roll in and out without him to ply them.
First floor. Have a drink, play shuffleboard or other games. Chill out.
Second floor. Dance, listen to music, have a brew or two.

I didn't do as much with decorating as I usually do but I think it has enough of an atmosphere of this is a cool place to go when you don't have much dough. Highest star level is one for this place and no bouncer needed. I took a stock building from the standard library, The Bulkhead, enlarged and remodeled it to get this place set up.
