Launcher not launching

Having a bit of an odd problem. As stated in my title, my launcher just...isn't launching. It takes countless attempts at double-clicking the icon, or 'launching' through the start menu, before eventually the icon for the launcher with show up in my task tray. I can right-click on the icon and select restore, and it'll show up on my start bar then, but that's after about five minutes of frustration. This is a new problem.

You can try this:

Right click on the icon.
Select "open file location".
Then a folder will open.
In that folder double click the file TS3W (or TS3W.EXE if you have show extensions enabled)

That will open the game without the launcher.
