Alright, now that you know the basics, lets get down to the tour inside. This is partially shenanigans on my part; if you wanna skip the overenthusiastic written tour, you can jump to the screenshots to get a good idea of the floor plan.FLOOR 1 - GROUND FLOOR Right off the bat you will probably notice a large parking area. There are four parking spaces readily available for your car and sim's needs. There is NOT a gate already preinstalled for celebrities.
Pass the front arches and make your way into the house. Here is a large hallway with large windows so you can see directly outside. Is that a gazebo I see? Well, forget that for now. Observe the single door in this hallway; this leads to the half bathroom and the only bathroom on the ground floor.
To the right is the
living and entertaining room. Dodge those couches, whoops, and here we are. The double doors to your left lead to the
study. If you look to your right, you'll see some instruments just waiting to be played. Stop playing that piano and eyeing the bass, lets go into the study.
Here we have a nice solitary desk and computer for the workaholic sim. Those comfy white couches are also great for sitting on while reading. See those book cases - wait, don't touch
that bookcase. Why? Just, don't.
And through those doors lead you to a hallway that can take you to the back garden.
Lets backtrack to the main hallway and walk directly across into this other room. Wow - its warm in here - and is that fresh bread? Well here's the
kitchen. Over to your left here is some pots ready to be planted. Let's go right around the fireplace - do
not take a drink from the bar just yet - and into the
dining room. Ahh, this is nice and relaxing. And look; right there to your right takes us back to the hallway. Out the door to your left takes you to the opposite hallway that can take you to the outdoors area. Well, while we're here, why don't we go back into the main hallway and into the spiral staircase?
Ground Floor PlanFLOOR 2 - BEDROOMSDon't get dizzy now. And here we go, the bedroom floor. Notice how you can see the main hallway from here; always good for the kids to peer over to see if their friends have arrived. Let's head into this door here closer to the back of the house. This is the
first bedroom - blue and white. Ah, this is charming: a nice space for the more studious inclined. And around that way is the ensuite. Lets head back out and into these bigger doors over on the left.
Here is the
master bedroom - the fifth bedroom. Notice how the architect decided to be risky by making some interesting shapes with the walls. And here's the fireplace, lets go around that for a sec, and there's the master bed. And those two doors? The first one to the left is the master bathroom, on the right is the walk in closet.
Lets head back out and around the shuffle board. The first door leads to the
second bedroom - the gothic. Some nice half walls to separate the room, a desk to do some work, a bed on the other side, and that door you see on the right leads to another ensuite. Pretty nice room, simplistic, suitable for another couple already living together.
Now here's a nice diagonal hallway. Lets check out the room to the right first. Oh, how cute -
third bedroom - the kids room. It's noticeably smaller than the other rooms and more childishly decorated. And the ensuite is right behind.
The room at the end of this hallway is the
fourth bedroom - twin room. Two beds here to share - so if you have three boys and two girls, or vice versa, I guess they better like each other! Here's also a cute little cat condo, as well as their own tv! I hope they don't have a bed time. And let's go into this ensuite - quite roomy, although they only get a shower.
Lets head back out to the main hallway. There's a porch over here, past the shuffle board with some shelter for playing chess and viewing the night sky, as well as some exercise equipment. Here's another spiral staircase - go on, you go first.
Bedroom Floor PlanFLOOR 3 - HOME THEATRE Not really much to see here. Just a big tv screen, some comfy seating, a bar, and -wait, lets pull all these curtains back. Woah! We can see the pool right through these curtains! Pretty cool. And I spot a snow cone maker in the back - perfect; big screen for home videos, video games, and the cooking channel. All that I need, really.
Well, I smell the chlorine. Why don't we take an additional walk up to the top floor- the roof top pool?
Home Theatre PlanFOURTH FLOOR - ROOFTOP POOLAaand here we are. The pool is very warm right now, or we can lie down if you want on these chairs and sunbathe. Phew, it sure is hot up here. This is a nice relaxing spot indeed.
Well, this is all the house has to offer; of course, there's the outside, but you can go see that yourself later. I heard they have a mini beach to make some castles with, a pond, and a gazebo. Psst, I also heard that some past owners have gotten
married on that gazebo! How romantic.
Well, enough gossip from me. Have I sold you on the house yet? I hope so. I can guarantee the architect and designer had loads of fun making the house for you. So, why don't you enjoy it as well?
