I don't understand how they are CC. How are they made its like a body part not clothing, tattos, houses, or sims. How is that possible?

They are custom content - they did not come with the game.  That's what makes them CC.  CC can be anything.

We have a policy of not discussing the locations of custom content on this forum, because the use of CC carries possible game-breaking risks. I will send you a PM.

Just so were clear, custom content simply means it wasn't included in the actual game, or any of the EP's/SP's. So that means even EA made items you buy at the TS3 store, (whether it's a piece of clothing, furniture or a world), it's still custom content. 

The "no CC" rule simply applies to third party custom content.
