Wizards turning into Vampires.

Can you have a wizard/witch be changed into a vampire/ If so, do they loose their wizard abilities and become a vampire or a mixture of the two?

It can be done, but they'll lose their wizarding-abilities.

So if they turn back into a wizard will they retain their level of magic, like what spells they know?
