Forum Posting Issues

Everytime, i try to click post or preview, it's not going to the posted topic, but the Start a topic page is opened. Sometimes, the posts are correctly posted. But I am seeing many times it has happened. And I use my mobile device(Nokia X2-01) to do the posting on the forum. Only I want to know is why it is happening like this.
