Going to the spa and get the 7500 simolean package. Plus, it gets them out of your hair for a good portion of the day.

Sitting in a rocking chair increases energy and fun -- great for a Sim that you're not paying much attention to. Both the Vial of Bliss and Potent Vial of Bliss increase fun and social.

I forgot about the rocking chair, they seem to love using it.  I had a Sim who pretty much slept and relaxed on it all day long. She would even choose the rocker over her bed at night!

Uh dude, I tested your claim, and it does not freeze fun or prevent decay.  ??? What gives?

I'm sure it prevented decay at one stage or another during TS3's lifetime. Perhaps EA removed it, or maybe I'm going ever so slightly mad.

The tranquil moodlet keeps your neurotic sim fun meter from decaying for about eight hours. It's one of the best traits to take for a writer.

Playing computer games is good fun too...especially for a computer whiz. It's rather cheap too, considering you can get a computer for 800...and for a non-computer whiz sim, they would have to buy a 4,000+ tv to get that much fun.

My first time playing a technophobe sim, I had *no* idea what to do with her for fun! So, away she swings, or keeps her husband happy!  ;D

I've found a way too with the Supernatural. If your sim is a witch, she can practice a fire spell on community lot and gain full happiness bar from it.

Woohooing. The fun is full before the course of interaction even begins. Alright that is too obvious.

Well, martial arts sparring also increases fun.

Woohooing in the shower is great - fills up fun, hygiene AND social for two sims simultaneously. And no need to build up the romantic interactions first, or make them relax on the bed at the same time.

Otherwise I just make them watch TV or dance to the stereo. Not very creative, sorry.

Brooding sims can have fun by contemplating either the meaning of meaning or the hollowness of life.

One of my sims is insane, brooding, and neurotic. I think having fun is the least of his concerns. ;D

That sounds like an awesome sim.

Sims with no sense of humour keep the blast moodlet going for twice the duration! I guess, they have their own kind of fun! :)

A bubble bath is a very good stress0 reliever. If your sim have time for it. ;)
I do this a lot with my sims, although usually at night, when it doesn't mean much.
The outside is quiet, but the inside is on full blast.
