Gardening and moving worlds

I have actually done that, moved an entire lot and family to another world and it worked out great.  It was kind of weird playing the same family and home in another town at first.  I love that part of Sims3.  We can do a lot more with lots, families, etc.  I just miss the Prosperity challenges though.

@ Esther, yes that is the downside of moving families from say, Sunset to Riverview.  They lose all relationships to the sim folks back in the other town.  I've been tempted but have never done it cause most of my families have kinfolk living around them.

And yes, Sims is very very addictive! My b/f has had a few goes at me when I've been playing the sims, lost track of time, and forgot to cook dinner. He was not amused! 

I can relate! My sister tells me supper is done. I'm like mhm give me a minute. About an hour later she's like suppers done. Yea I heard you! An hour later go in to eat. She's like everything is cold now! Oh well I had to do something! She's never amused either lol.
