Bistro & Office Combined Rabbithole missing interaction?

I have Ambitions, Pets, Late Night and Generations, and found that the office building + Bistro in Bridgeport, and also that one from Pets, do not have the 'eat outside' option.  Is it a bug?  Anything I can do to fix?  Or is there a fix available somewhere?  Thanks a lot!  :d
