Where are the costumes?

On the trailer for Seasons, there where Sims dressed up in costumes for spooky day. Even adult Sims had them on, I can't seem to find them, the only one I can find is the hot dog costume. I pre ordered the Limited Edition, I was able to find the shark outfit, but not the head. Is it a hairstyle, I need some help with them, I want my main Sim to wear the mermaid costume as a everyday outfit.

It depends on the costume I'm sure but I know the mermaid one is actually two parts (a top and a bottom) rather than a whole outfit.

I don't have the shark costume myself but have you looked under the "hair with accessories" section, scrolling all the way at the bottom of the list? That's my guess for where it's going to be found.

I did look at the hair with accessories option, still no shark head. I did see a top and a hair that looked like the mermaid themed outfit.

I used the Mermaid top and bottom for a female sim's swimwear.

The shark head is all the way at the bottom of the hair with accesories list, like all other hairs that you get from the EA store because they're not actually attached to the Seasons expansion pack. Most of the costumes are under full outfits in everyday, and there's corresponding hairs under hairs with accesories. The mermaid outfit however, is a two piece outfit, and the bottom half of the outfit is really hard to miss when you go looking under everyday or swimwear.

I was looking for the costumes as well! I was sure I looked in everyday full outfits but I will look again! Yeah the mermaid is in swimwear. I didn't think of it but I could have simply put my sim in her swimwear for spooky day. Haha!

All of the costumes minus the shark, bumble bee and a couple others are under the seasons heading, so if you were to change the filtering to Seasons only, you might find them better.  :P
Other costumes are actually work outfits so they're under the cheat unlockoutfits unless you have a sim in the career and they unlock the outfit.

On Spooky Day itself, you can click on children and teens and you will get the option, "Change into costume ..." and can pick which one you'd like them to be.

I looked at all the hair with accessories. and I didn't find the shark head. I also have no idea where the bumblebee costume is.

Are you sure you went all the way to the bottom?
Plus, the bumblebee outfit is only for children I believe.
Have you tried to filter the hairs to sims 3 store content only?

I found the shark head, but I still wanna know where all the costumes are, on the EA chat they said all of them for everyone, they said there where 30.
Edit: there is a cow plant gnome and alien costume, all ages are suppose to wear it. Which work outfits are costumes?

Have you checked to see what costumes are kids only like the gnome and superhero costume?

I've seen the gnome and alien ''hairstyle'' with a YA, I wonder if the firefighter outfit can be a costume.

My sim was invited to a costume party and when she went she automatically changed into the maid costume! So the maid is one but I don't know where to find it to put it on! Anyone else have this happen? What costumes have you seen?
