Hi I want to get Seasons for my sims, if I've already started a game and get the expansion pack & load it, will it interfere with my game, will I lose anything? Many thanks.

No, you will not lose anything.

The only change that will happen after installing Seasons and pulling up an existing save, is a pop-up asking you if you want to place the Festival Park.

What do I say to the pop up?

If want the game to replace the big park in your town with the festival grounds (which look very similar, but with the Season festival goodies placed) you can say yes. If you want to do it another time or don't want the festival grounds, you can say no.
