This is my latest luxury house! Built for the hopelessly romantic Sims mom & dad and their kids!
Check out the partially concealed lift in the home office, rocker teen's room, high ceilings in the living / entertaining room!

Lot Size: 40 x 40
Bedrooms:3 bedrooms, 1 guest room, 1 butler / gardener's room
Bathrooms:5 (full)+ 1 powder/toilet
Cost (furnished): $225,450
Cost (unfurnished): $132,648
Requires expansion/Sims 3 store content: (all except Townlife, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Supernatura), may need some store / stuff packs but will run well without.

Tested and works with Seasons (but have not tested in all the different seasons)

It was actually an experiment i.e. hiding the door behind the curtains! I believe it will work even with blinds, though I've not tried. But the Sims basically just walks through it, so we can build more running along this idea!
