I am a newbie here & want very much to thank carls-sims-3-guide because I've really read your guides & I appreciate them a lot.
However, I've been playing the Sims since Sims1 and love to build like mad. Of course, I love the game. No doubt about it. This is my first upload here. I've uploaded this at the Sims 3 Exchange but it sort of got lost along the way. I really think it deserves more attention because I really put in loads of effort to make it. Hope you enjoy the villa as much as I do!

Bedrooms:2 bedrooms, 1 guest room, 2 butler / gardener's room
Bathrooms:3 (full)+ 1 powder/toilet
Cost (furnished): $219,522
Cost (unfurnished): $146,627
Requires expansion/Sims 3 store content: (all except Townlife, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Supernatural, Seasons), may need some store / stuff packs but will run well without.
Tested. When used with Seasons (recently) it gets wet in snow & rain because of the open design.
Home for the RICH Sims! I'd suggest a family with kids, create a Sims (as gardener) and employ a butler.
