ladybug53This is the largest house I've built so far. I thought I would share it with you this Christmas Eve as a token to the forum members and end the year with a bang. Enjoy !
Lot size : 50 x 50.
Price Furnished : 400,202.
Price Unfurnished : 166,464.
Main Floor : Large eat in kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room that seats 10, living room with fireplace, den, sitting area, fitness room, skill room, artist room, bathroom.
Second Floor : 6 bedrooms, two of them have a fireplace, 4 bathrooms, sitting area for reading.
Back Yard : Swimming pool, patio with grill, swings and a slide. There's more room to add other things.
Expansions used : Seasons - World Adventure - Ambitions - Late Night - Showtime - Supernatural - Generation. I might also have used Pets but I'm not sure.
Stuff Packs used : Fast Lane - Diesel - Master Suite - High End Loft - Outdoor Living.
Worlds : Monte Vista for some flowers and flower boxes.
No CCs or Mods were used.
