Here is the nectar garden that I have been working on.
Size 30 x 40 lot
price is $66,000 approx furnished
Has the base game, WA, SN, SEA, and some of the flowers from MV. There are no mods or CC in the garden.
It is a garden with all of the plants needed to make nectar, all of the fruit trees from WA and from the base game. There is also, mixed in around some of the trees and about some veggie plants and some alchemy plants.
There are restrooms with showers provided.
The building has the nectar machine and two of the storage cases. I hope that there is enough room for what is needed there to make the nectar.
You can make any changes you want, and if it would be of interest in a story, please feel free to use it, sections of it, or whatever is needed. I hope you enjoy this garden and find what you need in it.
Forgot to add, all of the plant are at perfect level.

Hope those who are interested in a nectar garden will like this. I have added some other plants, veggies, mixed in around the other plants, under trees, flowers, near rocks.
