Controlling the vampire population.

I've seen people mention in various posts having the vampire population of their town set to a certain percentage and I'm trying to figure out how to do this.

I have Nrass Master Controller and Master Controller Cheats installed but can't find where to set that percentage any where.

Is there some other Nrass mod I need for that?

The other NRaas mod for that is Story Progression. There is an option to set the occult percentage, though you'd have to look on the site to see where.
