Can you throw a destination Halloween party at the graveyard?

Don't have Seasons yet. Has anyone tried to throw a Halloween party at the graveyard. Curious if it is possible (especially on a Full Moon)!

Someone replied on a different site that it's not possible. Too bad! Kind of liked the idea of a party under the full moon with the ghosts and zombies.
