Bait needed for the new fish?

I have been trying to find out what the bait is for the new fish, salamander, toad and the damsel fish.

What level do you have to be at, and what type of bait is best for them?  I need to get them for elixers for the alchemy career and I can't find any info on catching them.
Are they found only in certain locations, like it is with the vampire fish, and only at certain times?

Vampire Fish are actually all day and it's Deathfish that are only at certain times.   They are integrated with the standard game spawners instead of having ones of their own.  I did a post on the Moonlight Falls thread that showed the spawn locations for that town and the pairings you see there will be the same in other towns.    There is a new book in the bookstore that should tell you what the new bait is.  I'm sorry that I don't know it off the top of my head this very moment.   I remember toads were around level 2 or 3.  Salamanders were later on like around 7 or 8 and fairy damsels were level 9 or 10.

 I must have missed that post; I think I have read every thread and post in SN.  I was afraid that they would be in the higher levels, I really didn't like the angler career.  If I want to make those elixers, I will just have to tough it and do the fishing.
