Spawning NPCs to Cook at Community Lot Stoves

Hi.  Along with the release of the Chun Co. Teppanyaki Grill from the store, I am interested in writing a script mod to spawn NPCs to cook at community lot stoves or grills.  I would surely like to hear from different opinions or just a little help (support counted!!   )

I'd be interested in such a mod. The Fire Station could use one to keep the firefighters fed.
