OK this is my first submission for you guys of this kind, and probably my biggest project. Especially at 40x40

Short Description: perfect community garden aimed closely at Alchemy
Long Description:
This lot has no CC and has every perfect plant in the game x10 each. It also has a cute little maze and a fishing pond stocked to help you with alchemy. Wait! It has a little cafe, and a alchemy station in the loft too. There are 2 beehives hiding round the back.
basically I made this for my step daughter to make Supernatural easier for her to play, and decided to share.f
And just to clear up the "fairy", I used a fairy to make this, her little fairy house is on the top level still, I made her a garden fairy, Gardening to 10, fairy magic maxed as possible and grabbed the super green thumb. As high level Fairies can make a spell simply named "bloom" which speeds growth.
