Mods and downloads vanished!

Help!  I've installed the update patch (to version 15.0.135.019001) via the Launcher after being prompted,  and now I can't see any of the downloads and mods I've installed (except a few installed via the Launcher.  I'm pretty sure that all the stuff is still on my PC but its not appearing or functioning in the game.  Any ideas?
