I have noticed lately, more than before, that I am having a harder time getting the witch babies. Use to, it was about 2 to 5 times, now I am lucky if I get one witch baby or any other supernatural, out of 5. Both parents are usually the same life state.
I think it was just a coincidence because my witch married a vampire guy and the guy had fertility treatment, my witch born a pair of witch and just one vampire. So, the likely-ness of having a witch baby is probably just about the same.
I think this fits quite well to this topic: My male vampire and Annalove Ivy (a human) had a child, and this boy turned out to be a fairy. Is it maybe possible that it has something to do with this "Magic in the air"-moodlet? Or is this a bug? :/
Did you move the couple's house? or the woman's residence? Because moving to other residence might causing the baby distortion.
I did have a fairy and human couple having a fairy kid that own a completely different colour and shape of wing from her father.
