Common Bugs and Glitches.

To-night, I have spent hours looking for a fix for a game bug.  I finally found a suggested solution which I am going to try.

Also, I have recently requested help with several other bugs/glitches, and in my turn, replied to several requests for help with other players bugs/glitches.

Would it be possible, practical or useful, if a sticky could be created listing all these problems with solutions, suggested solutions or workrounds?

I have one common glitch with a solution:
When the game freezes every ten seconds during game play, go to Edit Town mode and place a new, empty lot into the neighbourhood. It stops the game from freezing for quite a while. If this happens again, repeat.
