Won't let me download my purchases for the Sims Store-Solved

So, I brought some new items from the store[which I have done before], and when I go to download them, the little thing that it's downloading shows up, then a pop up shows up saying, 'An unknown error has occurred', and only an 'OK" button to click. If you click it, it just disappears and nothing else happens.
Thanks in advanced to anyone who can help me, I really want the items but I can't figure out what else I can do.
I play on a mac, and I use Firefox is that helps any.

Never mind, I fixed it. Turns out that it was trying to download the items to the copy of the Sims 3 and not the game.
