Tutoring Children

Which tutoring option did you choose?  Was it the one that teaches them a skill or the one under friendly interactions?

Tutoring a skill. Logic, in this case. I thought it just made sense.

Wait... are you telling me I should use that other option I didn't know about? :O

Leto to tutor an adult Sim you click on the person then click tutor in whatever skill you wish to teach them.
 To tutor a child or teen you click on the Sim then click friendly interactions and then click tutor.

No idea what my sim is going to learn that child if it's not skill related, but we will see. I'm glad I can continue now.

When you tutor a child under the friendly interactions, you raise their grade level at school.  That's the reasoning behind that interaction.
